Processing & Handling Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom engraved items may take up to 3–5 business days to process due to personalization.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We carefully package each item to ensure it arrives safely.

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) for most orders.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package International or Priority Mail International.

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us immediately.

Order Issues / Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date with your order number.
  • We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund where eligible.
  • For damaged items upon arrival, please send photos of the packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery.

Changes or Cancellations

We can cancel or modify orders only if they have not yet been processed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need changes.
